1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pkluk platform in any capacity — whether through the website at pkluk.club or through the pkluk mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of pkluk, including registered members and visitors who browse the platform without an account.

pkluk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of pkluk after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pkluk, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pkluk. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If pkluk identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pkluk account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. pkluk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify pkluk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and phone number, up to date at all times.

pkluk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pkluk supports deposits and withdrawals through local Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. pkluk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, pkluk reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances.
• pkluk may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.
• pkluk does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

5 Bonus & Promotions

pkluk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all pkluk promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pkluk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkluk does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where explicitly permitted by the platform.
• pkluk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placing.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, pkluk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be voided and the account suspended.

For sports betting markets, pkluk follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of pkluk's trading team is final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkluk platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on pkluk.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the pkluk platform or its software.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events.
• Abusing the bonus system, including through coordinated bonus hunting across multiple accounts.

8 Responsible Gaming
